Cosmetics Filling Line

This factory automation line is for filling cosmetics. Product is placed in custom pucks, which are then moved through stations via conveyors and custom-designed mechanisms. The product is filled, a second part of the product is inserted into the tube, then the lid is added and turned onto the filled product tube and finally the product is removed from the pucks and put on a new factory line for further operations like labeling. The pucks are recycled back through the system through a custom serpentine movement to control their flow back into the beginning of the line. 6 Machines was instrumental in the mechanical design, part design,  and component research and sourcing,
